Delete your account

You can have your Littl account and everything attached to it deleted. This page says how, and exactly what goes.

In the app

Open the menu, choose Delete account, and confirm. Littl removes your chats, memories, routines, rules, saved passwords and app connections. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot open the app

Email privacy@dolittl.ai from the address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account. Sending from that address is how we confirm it is you — we will not act on a request for an account we cannot tie to the sender.

What gets deleted

• Your Littl account.
• Your chats, memories, routines and rules.
• Saved passwords, and the access tokens for services you connected.
• Browser data we held so Littl could act on sites for you.

What happens to your data elsewhere

Deleting your Littl account does not delete your Google account, your Apple account, or accounts at services you connected. It does not cancel orders or bookings you have already placed. Those live with the merchant, under their terms. If you want those removed, contact them directly.

You can also revoke our access without deleting anything: disconnect a service from the app, or remove Littl from your Google account permissions.

What we keep, and why

We keep a record that the account was deleted, so an old sign-in cannot bring it back. We also retain the minimum required by law — records of completed transactions where tax or accounting rules oblige us to keep them. Those are kept separately from your profile and are not used to identify you or to build a history. Nothing else survives the deletion.
