These terms cover your use of the Littl app and this website. Using Littl means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

What Littl is

Littl is a personal AI that helps run your life: reminders, coordination, and — when you ask — bookings and purchases with third-party services. We are not the seller. When Littl orders or books something, the contract for those goods or services is between you and the merchant. Their terms, prices, delivery times, cancellation and refund rules apply to that order.

Early access

Littl is opening gradually. Early members receive complimentary access for a limited introductory period. After that, Littl is a subscription service. Access may be withdrawn, and features may change or be removed while we work out what belongs in it. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted.

Your account

You need to be 18 or older. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping access to your device and your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Actions on your behalf

This is the part worth reading twice. Littl acts on what it understands you to have asked for.

• It acts with your permission. A purchase or other commitment is shown to you first. Nothing is bought without that confirmation.
• Check what is on screen before you confirm. Speech recognition is not perfect, and an assistant can misread an instruction. What is on screen is what will be done.
• You pay for what you confirm. Once an order is placed with a merchant, their cancellation and refund rules govern it, not ours.

Payments

Payment for a third-party order is taken by the merchant through their checkout or your chosen payment app. We do not process those payments and never hold your card or UPI credentials. Refunds for those orders are issued by the merchant under their policy.

When Littl offers a subscription, you can cancel it from the options on the platform. Cancellation stops future billing. A refund for the current billing period is not provided unless the law requires it or we specifically approve it.

Connected services

Linking a service authorises Littl to act within the permissions you granted. You can revoke that access at any time, from the app or from the provider. If the provider changes or withdraws its access, parts of Littl may stop working.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Littl for anything unlawful.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use it on someone else’s account without their permission.
• Do not resell or automate access to it without our written agreement.

Intellectual property

The Littl name, mascot, product design, software and the content of this website belong to Serendipity AI, Inc. unless otherwise stated.

Our liability

Littl is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. We are not liable for the acts of merchants, for goods or bookings that arrive late, wrong or unsatisfactory, or for losses arising from an action you confirmed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us.

Ending it

You can stop using Littl and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we withdraw early access.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or the app means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
