Privacy policy

Littl is a personal AI that helps run your life. To do that it has to know who you are, remember what you have told it, and — only when you allow it — act with the services you connect. This page says exactly what that involves.

Who we are

Littl is operated by Serendipity AI, Inc. If you want to reach us about anything on this page, write to privacy@dolittl.ai.

What we collect

Your account

You sign in with Google or with Apple. We receive your name, email address and a user identifier. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your address, we only ever see Apple’s relay address. We never see your Google or Apple password.

What you tell Littl

We keep the messages you send, the memories, routines and rules Littl learns, and the preferences you save, so it does not have to ask you again. Conversation history is stored with your account.

Your voice

When you use the microphone, that recording is sent to a speech-to-text service so Littl can hear what you asked. We keep the words, not a library of recordings. The app does not listen in the background, and there is no wake word.

Services you connect

Connecting a service — mail, calendar, or anything else Littl can use — is optional. You authorise it through that service’s own login. We hold an access token so Littl can act where you asked. We do not see or store that service’s password. You can disconnect it at any time.

Saved passwords

If you save a password so Littl can sign you in somewhere, it is stored encrypted and used only for that. It is not something Littl repeats back or uses for anything else.

Location

If you allow location, Littl uses it for the task in front of it — a place, a route, a delivery. It is not tracked in the background.

The website

When you visit dolittl.ai we may collect basic technical data such as browser type, device information, IP address and pages visited. This helps us operate and secure the site. The waitlist form collects the name, email and optional social profile you submit.

What we do not collect

• Card and UPI details. When a purchase happens, payment is completed in the merchant’s flow or your payment app. We never see, handle or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Passwords for Google, Apple, or any service you have not chosen to save.
• Audio when you are not using the microphone.

Why we use it

• To understand what you asked for and act on it, with your permission.
• To remember your preferences, routines and the people who matter.
• To run the waitlist and tell you about early access.
• To keep the service working — diagnosing failures and preventing abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and nobody pays to influence what Littl recommends. There are no ads.

Who else sees it

Only the parties needed to do what you asked:

• Microsoft Azure OpenAI — the text of your request, so it can be understood and answered. It is processed to answer you and is not used to train models.
• A speech-to-text service — the recording from the microphone, only when you use it, so it can be turned into text.
• Services you connect — whatever that service needs to carry out an action you approved. They handle it under their own policies.
• Google Firebase — sign-in and account identity, for both Google and Apple sign-in.
• Law enforcement — only where we are legally required to.

Each of these is bound by a contract that requires them to protect your data, to use it only to provide the service we asked them for, and not to sell it or use it for their own advertising. We share the least each one needs to do its part, and nothing more.

How long we keep it

Account, conversation and memory records are kept while your account is open. Delete your account and we remove them, other than a record that the account was deleted — so it cannot be restored — and anything we are required to retain for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

• Disconnect a service at any time, from the app.
• Turn off microphone or location permission in your device settings. Littl keeps working without them.
• Delete your account in the app, or ask us to delete it from the delete-account page.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it.

Children

Littl is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

International users

Serendipity AI, Inc. operates from Bengaluru, India. If you access Littl from outside India, your information may be processed in India or other locations where we or our service providers operate.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell you in the app when the change is significant.
